I am renting a 5 bedroom house and am looking for roommate(s). The options are a 1 bedroom ($400), 2 bedrooms ($600), or a 3 bedroom ($700). There is a small sunroom off one of the bedrooms. Rooms are a good size. Utilities will be shared. There will be full use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, basement, internet access etc. Small yard in back. Must like animals and children, as I have a child, cat, and a dog. I work full time during the day and study at night. Children and pets (with consideration) are allowed. You would need 1 month security ($400) and 1 month rent to move in. There are hardwood floors. A background check maybe required. There is plenty of street parking and it is right on the bus route.
