Human Resources Manager Job -> Large International truck manufacturing company has an immediate contract need for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. This person will manage new hires and terminations including interviewing candidates & exit interviews. Will serve as Training Coordinator for the Allentown, PA site. Coach Business leaders on workforce related issues and employee relations to include change management and organizational development. Assist employees with employee relation issues, referring sensitive matters to Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Coordinate Internship Program for site.
